High-Risk Pregnancy: What it Means for You and Your Baby

Every pregnancy has some risks, but there are more dangers to your health and the health of your baby with a high-risk pregnancy. You may be at a higher risk due to conditions you already have or conditions you develop during pregnancy. If you have a chronic condition, you should talk to your healthcare provider about how to minimize your risk before getting pregnant. Once you are pregnant, a health care team may need to monitor your pregnancy. Our experts will discuss common conditions that may complicate a pregnancy and how to maintain a healthy pregnancy to ensure the best outcome for you and your baby.
