Nuclear Medicine

The hospital’s new GE Infinia™ Hawkeye® CT/SPECT Camera is one of only three in Southern California. The revolutionary new system combines nuclear medicine and computed tomography to deliver unprecedented image quality and provide diagnostic confidence to physicians with a proven impact on patient management. This new technology uses CT for attenuation correction on cardiac exams. In addition, it significantly increases accuracy of cardiac profusion studies as well as give left ventricular function in a single examination.
