Dr. Annable received his undergraduate and medical education from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska. He completed his internship at the Nebraska Methodist Hospital. Dr. Annable also graduated from the United States Air Force School of Medicine and became a United States Air Force Flight Surgeon during the Vietnam War. He has maintained his love of aviation over the years, serving as Senior Medical Examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration.
