The TrinityCare Hospice Foundation We enter the lives of individuals faced with the realities of loss, death and grief to offer expert care and education while respecting each person's choices, values and beliefs. The TrinityCare Hospice Foundation was established as a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity in 1987 with the sole purpose of supporting the programs and services of TrinityCare Hospice. The role of the TrinityCare Hospice Foundation is to find the means to help others at the most difficult time in their lives. There are many community service and specialty programs within our Hospice that are not covered by public or private insurance plans.
